Spa Trouvé specializes in the Vampire Facelift® in Utah. Vampire Facelift® is oftentimes confused with vampire facial (aka PRP Facials), and while they are similar in the fact that they both use PRP, they’re actually quite different.

Vampire Facelift® inject both fillers and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) into strategic places to not only lift and provide fullness to areas that need it, it also helps improve tone and texture of the skin.

Hyaluronic acid fillers lift the skin from the bone to restore youthful volume and shape. Fillers alone do not correct texture and color. This is why the Vampire Facelift® is a great option for people who want both benefits. They offer a way of restoring a natural shape and providing volume, improving tone and texture, as well as helping rejuvenate new and younger tissue.

Vampire Facelifts® in Utah are still a fairly new procedure, and understanding how they work will help you determine if this service is right for you.

Filler Injections

In Step 1 of Vampire Facelift® procedures, hyaluronic acid based filler (like Restylane® or Juvéderm®) is injected in specific areas with precision to help sculpt a younger appearing, yet natural looking face.
While injecting filler, our expert injectors take into account the mathematics of beauty as defined by much research to avoid creating an unnatural shape. We always consult with our clients before any injections to make sure we can achieve the desired results.

PRP Injections

Step 2 of the Vampire Facelift® involves drawing a client’s blood and isolating PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

After using injectable fillers to achieve a more youthful appearance, your injector will draw your blood. Typically, we’ll only need to draw around 2 teaspoons. Your blood will be run through a centrifuge to separate and isolate platelet rich plasma, which is also known as growth factors. These specific “growth factors” have been identified to help heal damaged tissue. These growth factors have been known to work like magic to cause increased collagen and improved blood flow to the tissue.

Step 3 is taking the isolated PRP created from the previous step and injecting it into strategic areas. Using a very small needle, you will be injected with your own growth factors in a particular way. These growth factors then activate multi-potent stem cells already in the skin, tricking them into “thinking” there’s been an injury and then generate newer, and younger tissue.

Typical Vampire Facelift® results yield younger appearing facial structure and skin texture!

Results typically improve over two to three months after the procedure and are known to last for at least one to two years!

Vampire Facelifts® and Vampire Facials® are commonly confused. The facelift involves injecting fillers and PRP directly into the skin while Vampire Facial® involves microneedling and following up with PRP topically and typically is administered to the entire face.
