WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING?
WHAT IS Microneedling, not to be confused with dermarolling, is also sometimes called Dermapen or Rejuvapen. It’s a skincare treatment that uses a tool with very small needles on the tip, which run anywhere from .5 millimeters and 2.5 millimeters in length. The length of the needles are adjusted by the technician at the time of the treatment based on an analysis of the client’s skin.
These tiny needles penetrate the superficial layer of the skin, promoting healing and collagen induction. Our Utah microneedling treatments create micro-punctures, so you body reacts and treats it as a small wound. It creates more collagen in the affected area and plumps up the skin and improves texture over time. Basically, it tricks your skin to go into repair mode!
