TIP #1: SKIP THE GYM
We want the Botox or Filler product to stay EXACTLY where we put it! Make sure you’re not unnecessarily jostling or moving the product while it’s settling for the first 24-48 hours. This can help improve the longevity of your treatment.
TIP #2: DON’T LIE DOWN
Stay upright for the first 4-6 hours after your treatment. After that try to lay only on your back while sleeping! Lying on your side before your product has had a chance to settle can possibly create asymmetry! Also, sleeping in an elevated position the first 2 nights can help with swelling and puffiness.
TIP #3: BE CAREFUL WITH THE INJECTION SITE
Wearing sunglasses, icing, massaging, and even your nightly #skincare routine can displace product! Be extra careful the first 24-48 hours to ensure that your product stays put!
